Rebecca Scholte – Customer Service Manager
Rebecca is the Customer Service Manager at Bruck and oversees all aspects of Customer Service and is committed to ensuring our customers receive efficient and exceptional service. Rebecca joined the company in 2003 bringing over 12 years experience in Retail Customer Service and Purchasing Management in Apparel Textiles and Pharmacy. Rebecca has held a number of key positions at Bruck including the role of Operations Manager at Wilson Fabrics. Rebecca lives in Wangaratta Victoria where the Bruck mill is located, and her interests include dressmaking, various art, & music.
Georgie Gratton – Customer Service Officer
Georgie began employment with Bruck in February 1999 as an inspector in the Quality department and went on to become the Supervisor of the Quality control Department in 2004. In February 2009 Georgie joined the Bruck Customer Service team where her interest and experience regarding fabric quality is a major asset. Georgie strives to provide outstanding customer service at all times. Outside of work Georgie’s main hobby is Genealogy and has already written one book with plans for more.
